Thanks for posting as the article was very insightful. Very interesting to see how these guys manage the recruiting process and it provided insight into how they manage it in-season as well. It's no wonder these guys barely sleep during the season as they have so much to stay on top of.

that talk about safety play is so true.. they all wish they could find the elite kid to play safety , but it still comes down to a kid making plays who can see the field
