I posted a similar comment in another thread. Takayo Siddle from UNC Wilmington. Wilmington is his first and only HC gig but here is his record

I personally think that Gmac would be great for SU as far as restoring excitement into the program and getting booster support for nil. I just dont think he is proven enough just yet. I realize that others may feel different and thats ok. But there are a few midmajor coaches out there who are doing a bangup job coaching and winning games. Takayo Siddle is one of them. Im sure he will be getting mentioned for other gigs real soon.

It’s all about NIL until we get some guard rails. GMAC has proven to be an excellent coach. I just wish he had a few more years of experience in the A10. I think this is JB’s preferred choice and whether we like it or not I think JB is connected to our highest level donors. If he’s pushing for GMAC that’s who I want coaching us. We could be looking at GMAC for 25 years if he wins early with the proper ($$$) resources
