Tyus will measure out well at the combine. His height, weight and wingspan are the prototypical NBA 2. I also think his vertical will end being very good. I think ultimately his downfall will be that as a 2G, he isn't really a good passer and doesn't really make his teammates better as far as getting them open looks off driving/dishing. He's not selfish or a ball stopper, but for the most part, once he makes his first move he's looking for his shot. I think that's OK for being an NBA 2G, but then you better be an elite scorer. I think he's adjusting to being the main focus of opposing defenses and being face guarded. At the next level he won't have to deal with that. We saw towards the end of last year that when he's a #2/#3 option, he is very dangerous. I think he has decent handle, a decent shot (with the hitch like some of you mentioned), a decent penetrator. He has the ideal NBA size/length. He's a below average passer. When push comes to shove, it probably too early to tell. If he struggles throughout ACC play, he's a 2nd round guy. If ends up 1st or 2nd team All-ACC and has a good NCAA tournament, I think he oculd sneak into the late teens/early 20s. Right now I just don't think he has an elite trait. You could argue Waiters, MCW, Ennis, Lydon, Mali and McCullough all had at least one thing about them that made them special. I love Tyus and think he will have a great season, but it's hard to say where he fits into the draft right now. I do think by March we might see O'Shae ahead of Tyus in mock drafts.
