0-0 JB will coach them all.
I'm pretty sure Boeheim said he was accepting the 9 game suspension and not appealing that portion of the penalty. The appeal would work to get back scholarships and for Boeheim getting some games restored. Although I can't find any reference to that now so I could be making it up.
Either way, who knows if we'll ever hear back on the status of this appeal before Hop has the chance to coach those 9 games. That said 5-4 would be pretty good in that stretch.
The University has the appeal you are talking about. JB has his own appeal. They are two separate appeals.
Yes, I know that, I guess I just worded it poorly. That's why I said Boeheim's appeal would focus on getting some games restored on his record. If I remember any of this correctly, that note came from one of Andy Katz's video reports around that time. The school's appeal is focused on scholarship restoration and possibly probation years.
If the appeal is still pending, I don't think the suspension is in place.I'm pretty sure Boeheim said he was accepting the 9 game suspension and not appealing that portion of the penalty. I hadn't heard that and would be shocked if that where the case.

Likely will not be able to get a good read on Hop in these games because it will still be JB's team, JB's game plan and JB's philosophies
Do you think at some point Coach Hop is going to play man? I'm not so sure.
4-5. Miami, Clemson, BC, Wake.
0-0 JB will coach them all.
Something like this. Not because it is Hop but because we just don't have the horses or depth right now. If we get to .500 in ACC play then that would be a major accomplishment.
