People can obviously look up your age on the web because they KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
As Yogi Berra once said "If you ain't cheatin you aren't tryin ".

It’s a nothing burger if you are some random dude . If you are a public figure of some stature in your home town and present an ID that says you are someone else and 21+ when anyone can make two clicks and see your DOB on any Minnesota roster Page, it means you are an idiot .. even then, maybe a nothing burger if you are an OLB. But a QB? That’s a triple whopper with cheeseAs Yogi Berra once said "If you ain't cheatin you aren't tryin ".
"We" all did the fake I'd thing when younger, this is a nothing burger.

It’s not so much the act itself as the lack of judgement it shows at a position where judgement and leadership are everything. If he did this in some other place where he isn’t well known , it would be more defensible. He’s literally at homeAll the shady stuff in college athletics and this is news?
Yep, one of the local bars would hang up them up right at the enterence and people would still try...Times have changed. Anytime I witnessed a fake ID discovered, the bouncer confiscated it and told the person to take a hike.
I really don't think it's that deep. College kids gonna college kid, even if they're a D 1 QB.Im quite amazed.

Didn’t he know that there’s always trouble at the YeeHawg bar?.

Nobody seems to be getting the point .Who cares, suspend him for a day of practice. Old enough to go to war, old enough to vote, he should be able to drink
I get it. He's not all that bright.Nobody seems to be getting the point .
Not everyone did. I never did, and I knew a bunch of kids that didn't. I knew a bunch that did too.As Yogi Berra once said "If you ain't cheatin you aren't tryin ".

I think people get it. It’s just not a surprise to people. Idiotic to try to use a fake ID when everyone knows who you are; QB of a Big 10 school; all of your info is on the web and can be easily looked up; Hometown kid; etc. How is it possible to make such a dumb decision, right?Nobody seems to be getting the point .
Maybe we understand what you are saying but we don't think it's the major that you seem to be convinced it is. And that's OK. He did a dumb thing. He could have done much worse or dumber. Whatever.Nobody seems to be getting the point .
I get it, doesn’t make it any less stupid of a rule.Nobody seems to be getting the point .
Are bouncers googling people before they let them in? Is this a thing now?

Back in the olden days, the Big O (which turned into O’Toole’s) used to post all the fake IDs just inside the entrance.Yep, one of the local bars would hang up them up right at the enterence and people would still try...
