We should be a top 20 team. Should. But, i don't see that happening with regularity again until we don't have a lame duck coach. That's not a slight on JB, it's a reflection of how the whole non-transition, non-retirement thing was handled.

Something has to change, either with us and/or with the national recruiting landscape, for us to get back into serious contention for top 20 recruits on a regular (yearly) basis. The zone alone isn't going to get us there. And the inconsistent zone, coupled with recruiting in the 25-75+ range isn't going to get us back to where we expect to be.
