How loud was the dome last night?

The TV mics these days generally do a terrible job of conveying how loud a stadium is.
I was there screaming on every defensive stand and after ever offensive success until i was absolutely light headed. Felt like Billy Chapel clearing the mechanism silently waiting for dontae or dungey to give another big play.

I have an awful cold but went anyway. I decided I'd save my voice for defensive third downs. Then I ignored that decision and cheered on every play just like I always do. This morning, I can type and that's about it.

I love how Dino referenced the crowd and the "Loud House" in his post game on field interview...this dude gets in branding and truly trying to build something special...

Orange is the New Fast in the Loud House...

Can "Loud House" t-shirts with the dome be purchased at Manny's yet?

My voice is gone. I had the time of my life and the atmosphere was what I've been waiting years for. Was it as rocking in there as I thought? Or did trueblue have a few too many orange koolaids

ESPN's post-game interview on the field should tell it all. They were literally shouting into each other's ear and couldn't hear one another. Dungey finally laughed it off as talking to each other for a TV audience at that point was pointless.

What. a. game. Dome was rockin like it was the 80's again. Didn't get home until after 1am, celebrated with an after game tailgate watching people sit in traffic trying to get back down the hill.

I'm exhausted and have no voice today. But I believe it's time for the celebratory bloody mary.

LGO!!!!!

You couldn't tell how loud it was on tv but I'll trust Dino talking about the crowd and multiple Clemson reporters tweeting about the noise.

Yup. Anybody who has been to the Dome would be able to tell it was incredibly loud. But those mics really don’t pick up the sound from the crowd like they used to. Hurts the quality of the broadcast IMO. I like a more “feel like I’m there” feel to the broadcast and we don’t get that anymore.

Find a YouTube of Miami 92 - huge difference in the mikes. Removing the ambient noise makes no sense - if you can’t hear then read captions. There are no announcers worth listening to anyway. The days of Keith Jackson and musberger are gone. :(
