Obsevation. re-watching UConn game... We we're 2-4 at the time... Marrone is on the hot seat... Announcers interviewsed Gross and he was defending Marrone, how he is the right guy for the job, we need to be patient, etc...

Now 7 games later and he's in line for a million dollar raise...
