2. Perfect technique on defense and get some hits on the wonder kid .

3. No Turnovers, Wake had a bunch

4 Get a two oe three of our own.

5. Wind gusts of 40 mph or more.

6. Torrential Rain

7. The flu bug

What kept BC close?

They will load the box on us. no shot of us successfully throwing the ball on them

Equipment manager forgets to pack cleats and FSU is forced to play in flip flops.

mojo is with su on this one- su by 14

This game will be over with 6 minutes to go in the first quarter, much like all the games were versus wake, nc st, and Maryland were when fsu played them. The 3 teams that we have beaten in the ACC haven been beaten by fsu by at least 140 points. Covering the spread and scoring 14 points would be great. Shafer has shown he can beat peer programs and lessor ones, hasn't shown he can gameplan for an upset. Even if he does do this in this game we lose by 21 points. I don't think some have been watching fsu. They aren't just good, they are damn good, if not great.

I just can't see it, again I don't want people posting here if we lose by 24 pounding their chest and doing shots of sex on the beach... Saying what if, etc. this will not be close, even remotely close. It's night and day

I will buy the beer for marks next tailgate if we win, and I would love to buy the beer at marks tailgate some of you buffoons don't understand that.

I know how to win:

You should buy the beer if we keep it within 35. That actually has a slim chance of happening.

Set all of the players and coaches clocks behind by 6 hours, steal their phones, and knock out their cable.

as donald sutherland says in "kelly's heros" -too much negativity moriarty-with a hippy burnout accent

I opened this up thinking I was going to read someone was going to send Fsu contaminated oysters on Friday night or something along those lines.

What kept BC close?
I watched the FSU/BC game, BC's running game kept them in the game. FSU couldn't stop Andre Williams at all early and that weakness should work with our strength. We need a steady diet of Jerome early, which means our defense has to hold them off early so we aren't forced to air it out.

Tonight is the peak for the Taurids meteor shower... I think "wishing on a falling star" might be as good a plan as any.

Good hard legal hit that knocks Winston out of the game. Their backup is having surgery and won't be available, so they would have to out in their 3rd string guy.

In all seriousness, we're toast. And they would probably beat us with running game alone, with their 3rd string QB.

What kept BC close?

Playing at BC no doubt helped. They also don't commit penalties. They're top 5 nationally in fewest penalties on the year. Probably has something to do with the raving lunatic on the sideline. The fear of him unloading on you probably keeps those BC players on their toes.

Oline penalties have been a momentum killer for the offense all year. Don't see that getting cleaned up in Tallahassee. The crowd noise will probably cause a few on its own. But if they can play a clean game, SU has a real shot of keeping it close for a half at least.
