Howard skips Jordan game

Yes, I just knew you would be able to find negativity in this thread and post about your negative attitude. You never let me down.

Maybe we should just ignore all options while dancing in a parade of orange sunshine.

Or maybe you can find your orange glasses and wear them just once.

I wear them all the time, just doesn't skew my opinion on certain things.

I'm sorry, somebody skipping out on probably the biggest stage he could play for in high school to focus on studies is a little scary and makes you wonder if he's going to be able to keep it up in college or not even make it to college.

Did you just gloss over the post. That he is a fine student and an intelligent kid.

Maybe you need reading glasses.

Maybe he'll skip a couple of games during our season to catch up on school work. Sorry, haven't heard this happen too many times before.

BTW, thought Bryant was a lock to come here bud?

You are a Joy !!!!

Going to all the all-star games isn't free. If money is a constraint you don't blab about it. I'm sure he's a great kid. I worry about his playing time this season. Like many outstanding and fan favorite players he may have to wait a year or two to really get his chance. But along the way he will have chances to shine. It might make sense for him to red shirt but I am just speculating. If he had really good ball handling skills and he was able to play good defense at the top of the zone he would definitely get playing time.

After what the program has been through and punished for, this ought to be the absolute last of our worries. Maybe he does skip a game to study and maybe it sets the tone for the other guys and they all do well, preventing eligibility and APR issues, thus strengthening the program.
