Huge Shoutout To Jeremy, Nel & Family the 2013 Fine Mess MVP's

I agree...pretty sure we could get 100+ folk might look at a catered affair. Collect money via PayPal or check for advance purchase...charge more at the door.

Would highly recommend we go that route, its just to much work for the chefs even when we spread it out amongst the four us it was still crazy. If we plan it far enough ahead we should be able to collect the money needed then supplement with some food as needed.

When I did the catered Dino for those 4-5 years you have to get commits early and payment early via paypal. Worked out pretty easy except for those who stiff you after asking to pay at the tailgate.

Easy fix there, unless there a regular dont take any payments at the tailgate. Paypal, mailing a check, cash at an earlier tailgate/game etc.

I agree...even among Cuse fans we have a few flakes.

Maybe next year I finally make one. Planned on going for the Clemson game but the combination of poor weather and fireball whiskey changed those plans

Had a great time tailgating this year. Thanks to everyone who makes it a success!

After putting together high school graduations for my 2 daughters, I can really appreciate all the work that Jeremy and Nel and Mike and his wife did to put on the tailgates. And to do it week after week is quite a chore. My hats off to them all. I am more than happy to chef for whatever is needed.

Poor weather? Where do you live...Hawaii?;) Little bit of rain (for a few minutes); pleasant temps. Unbelieveable spread including two kegs. Hundreds of people. Doesn't get much better! Sorry you missed it.

It was downpouring for awhile. Walking from Ackerman to the lot is a trek.

Everything said here is true.
