A) Tony White leaves to be DC at Nebraska and takes one or two assistants with him. A few players hit the portal either to go to Nebraska or elsewhere because of this.

B) Dino leaves for Purdue. White comes back to SU to be the HC. The staff stays mostly intact. Defensive players stay to play for White.

I don’t think choice B will happen. I’m just asking which is preferable.

I don't take either. I want a proven recruiter. We have to increase our talent. I have seen what i have seen from Marrone and Babers and it wasn't enough. I don't think that is Whites forte either.

At best, White Could be brought back as HC next year if Dino fails and we move on.

If we are hiring beck to oc then that’s prettty much a given that dino isn’t going anywhere. Schraders hint at switching things up is an Easter egg indicator that the machine has been moving behind the scenes for longer than we’ve been informed.

Dino has improved the talent. Top 30 on this roster can beat every team in this conference. There havent been many splash signings and the depth is young and needs development. But the program is putting guys on all conference teams and postion award lists and in the league. It hasn’t been overnight, but significant progress has been made.
