the 72-73 Sixers team that won 9 games. My main concern is how MCW will react to losing what will be close to 73 times this year. I just watched the first half of the Sixers-Nets. Now I realize it is only the pre-season but this team my rival that squad of 41 years ago.

If I had my way the NBA would have only 50 games a year, a march madness on steroids, and a massive draft where they take every nba player and pick the teams from scratch like a pick up game every four years.
imo, Basketball needs to be more like football in quantity then baseball. It depends to much on the stars, and you just can't sit back and watch a display of two teams going at it without rooting for one. Atleast with football you can sit back and be unbiased while enjoying two teams at war that you know they stratagized a entire week for. And with baseball you can just go out to the ballpark to enjoy the pitching, atmosphere and the weather. All hits are a bonus.
