when going to the football board i used to see helmets above the message board, now i don't seems pretty easy to understand

In the far bottom left corner of the screen (in the blue band), you'll see what "style" you're currently in.

I think you can only see the helmets in A&O.

Just click on it and change it.

Yes, that is correct. The banner, helmets, count down clock etc don't work well on mobile devices.
