to do with Penn ST or State College can be trusted to investigate this case.. FBI is and will be involved. The committe should be a team of bad asses from somewhere like NYC that could give a rats ass about Penn ST, college football and especially Joe Pa.
Uncover all the dirt, everyone and anyone involved in this sick , covering it up, raping, donating, etc should be exposed and I don't think you will get that with anyone who has any affilliation with State Penn will do that, I am sorry I just don't
