Our Strength and Conditioning coach has done a FANTASTIC job with our guys. They all look cut and in great shape, even Baye looks a bit bigger.

Also, Christmas, Gbinje and Baye had great games last night aside from the usual suspects (cooney and fair).

Yeah, I was mentioning in one of the other threads that we should commend Cooney for the incredible shape he's in. To be able to run back and forth off of screens every possession and then have incredible energy on the defensive end, and then being what appeared to be the most vocal leader on the team... he takes tremendous care of himself.

They all do, We don't have any Josh Smith's, Sweetney or any of the likes. These dudes look beastly. It will be interesting to see what the freshman look like next year.

As someone that lives next door to a few of the players, they definitely have their fair share of that kinda stuff

To be fair, Cooney was in really good shape last year. He just couldn't make the shots in the little time he got.
