There is a chill in the air this morning as I dust off the weight bench for another season. I have ordered a season's supply of blow, pain killers, weapon's grade viagra, and various other mood management catalysts to better prepare me for game day.

Today is a day of Zen like reflection. I will go over game film from last year. Watch Apocalypse Now in letterbox on my Zune. There will be red meat involved, though not to eat.

The day will end with a ceremonial ritual killing of a bottle of tequila...

...and when the sun rises tomorrow, game week will be here.
