That 2009 game was the single worst Syracuse roadtrip I've made. I'm not in the business of jinxing us, but rare will be the occasion where we play defense like that. That's Flynn/Devendorf defense. This team won't play that way.

The first half of last year's Villanova game, however, is always a possibility. Mr. Waayns had great fun that afternoon. Let's hope our guys remember that one.

That was the game where it was like 10-2 after abotu 3 min,r ight? I went down with a bunch of my friends, some of them were late to the seats, like 3 min in, and the game was basically already over.

Yeah, I think so. And one of the refs got hurt pretty early on, so Nova's handchecking ramped up a bit with only two officials. That (plus the unwillingness of our two guards to play any defense) led to a really ugly game.
