I keep getting this popup only on Syracusefan

Hey Temery I keep getting this popup only while I am on this website. I did a full clear of my browser as well. Then went to my usual ESPN, Reuters, AP, Syracusefan, etc. Only site it's popping up is here. Was not sure if this can be blocked or not? It looks like a scam/phishing item. I did run a security scan as well and all good on my end. Was not sure if others here are seeing it as well but based on what I have done above, it definitely seems related to the Syracusefan site. It pops up as a Reward for Google's 5 billionth search award. The website page address says

V.modanova.shop.

Yes it’s been nonstop. Only happens on safari on my phone. No issues when using my laptop.
