Dino has bigger fish to fry than getting into a bidding war for Mike Hart.  Mike took the money but he is going to work for an unproven HC with a school that turns over it's staff quite a bit ( Not that Syracuse doesn't but Dino will have every chance to be successful at Syracuse) If he is then he may go to a bigger position and Hart could possibly go with him.  Long term it all depends on where he wants to hitch his wagon.
