I really like Marrone as a person

Stand up guy. Is a good representative of the community and university.

However, as a football coach I have lost nearly all of my faith in his ability to turn this around. He had it going in the right direction but something happened midway through last season to derail this rebuilding project. He's regressed and the team has really regressed.

He's got about 1 month to figure this thing out, or he'll be calling his NFL coaching connections looking for a new job come December.

Thing is, we have the players to be a good team. I see the talent on the field. I just don't see the gameday execution by this coaching staff. They simply cannot manage the game.

No way, the talent on that field is lousy. No game breakers, no speed, no ball hawkers. Lousy.
