And again, all of this falls on Dino, this has been a disaster of a year but I just think we have to give him at least one more year for a number of reasons and yes money being one as well in this current climate.

We are in same boat, I will always be around too and I am hoping that Dino can right the ship.  I like the guy a lot and think he reps the University in a great manner but hey if we stink again next year it's worth a look for sure.
