We played conservative all game we only passed 23 times while Nassib passed 42 times... we pretty much were running out the clock most of the game... I HATE that because we are capable of so much more yet we are just pounding the ball against your front 7 that stacked the line on first and second down... then we played soft zone most of the game when we would have been better served playing man... we even dropped 2 TDs... even though we won, not at ALL happy about the game... it should have been a 3TD win and a comfortable one... instead our D starts playing prevent most of the second half and we go for INTs when there is no backup... Not playing with our 1st string PK, FB and NT also factored into our scoring and defense...

The difference between last years secondary (top 10 secondary in 2011) and this years one (with pretty much the same personal) is that we are now VERY aggressive and open to taking risks all game... This has resulted in INTs going way up (top 5 in the country) and pass yardage against us going way up... it also doesn't help when we are playing more zone this year instead of man and our front 4 aren't getting enough pressure up the middle with our 1st, 2nd and 3rd string NTs out for the season... Anyway not really happy at all about this win... Our offense (playing not to lose instead of going for the jugular) kept you guys in the game when you were clearly out gunned from the get go... smh... :bang:

The only team we've played this year that I think we could legitimately beat 8 out of 10 times is stony brook.
