I don’t remember the year, but in the last twenty years, we fell behind something like 19-0 or 21-0 something like that to start the game against Colgate. That was my mother’s first and last basketball game attended, as I told her she wasn’t allowed back.

Or her. The DO beat reporter for men's basketball at the time was actually a woman (not me, but a woman named Judy).

Yup. He was also a member of the 1954 Little League World Champions from Schenectady. Of course, the world wasn't invited back then, but that's still what they were called. Schenectady has always had a great sports history.
