Headed in to begin final prep for the construction phase of the @TheFrozenDome. It all starts tonight! #poundforpound

Wow the @CarrierDome44 staff works fast! The bravo mats are almost all up and cleared following tonight's game.

First layer of plastic is being laid. Next up will be the first of two layers of plywood. @TheFrozenDome

Just started second layer. Plywood will need to be sprayed with water so it will lay flat due to the humidity.

The shooting in the dome has seemed cold enough without the ice.

Last pieces of plywood are laid and second vapor barrier is almost done. Ice crew takes over following that.

With the base all set its time to start bringing in the pipes that will supply the glycol. @TheFrozenDome

The first of 34 ice mats is ready to be unrolled. @TheFrozenDome

The ice mats are all down. Next up is putting all the pipes together. Looking to start the boards at 8 am.
