why would he state that he was abused until 27. If you are planning a scheme to lie about being abused for any reason (revenge, money, etc.) why wouldn't you limit it to times when you were a minor. Taking it out until 27 years old would instantly call the scheme into question so you would not want to do that.

When you are 27 years old, it's no longer "abuse", it's consensual sex among adults, or else it is non-consensual, in which case it is assault or rape.

And why would you go back. Stop after 2-3 times. Its common sense.

Especially if you don't like it and your going to try to get the guy back for doing it later.

IF he's was lying, why wouldn't he include the whole time he was around Fine or the program. Seems more believable that something was going on the whole time, not just as a minor and everything stopped, but he continued hanging around Fine.

That's sort of my point. Davis turned 27 in 1999. If he reported the abuse to the police in 2003, the five year Statute of Limitations was still in effect as to any sexual assault which took place when he was 26 or 27 years old even though the Statute of Limitations for molestation had expired in 1995 when he turned 23. Why then did the Syracuse Police say that the Statute of Limitations had expired. It had not for sexual assaut or rape.
