I feel badly for them regardless of what action is or isn't taken. There are way too many innocent families, children etc being hurt in this entire fiasco.

I see what you're saying, but I don't think I feel sorry for them. JB could retire and fade into the backdrop comfortably wealthy. He'd have the time and means to do whatever he wanted with his family whenever they wanted. In an economic climate where regular hard working people are losing their jobs and having their houses foreclosed on, I feel sorry for those people. Sorry if this sounds political, that's not my intention. I'm just trying to view things with a larger perspective than just sports.

Not talking about finances here or who knows who where, just talking about emotional state of his wife and especially his kids. And not "sorry" as in pity. Never want to see that happen to your dad, if it comes to him being forced out, after an illustrious career. Sounds like his job is OK for now.
