as a result of violations under the watch of Chip Kelly how will he suffer? How will it affect his current employer the Philadelphia Eagles?

I doubt it has any impact whatsoever. It doesn't really affect them.

No consequences whatsoever. See Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks. Life goes on like nothing happened.

Michael Vick will have to scoop doggy doo-doo at the Philadelphia dog pound three days a week for the entire season.

It won't, and that's not fair. However, the institutions that are allowing their employees to break the rules by turning a blind eye need to keep tighter reigns on them. Maybe they could put writing in their contract saying if violations are found to have occured under their watch, they must pay back x% of their earnings regardless of who they are currently employed by.

The people who get punished by the NCAA are rarely the people who committed the rule breaking acts. Just look at Calipari, both UMass and Memphis had to vacate their Final Four yet he keeps upgrading his coaching job.
