If SU sold out their ticket allotment, why did I get this?

There is a limit of two (2) ticket packages per account.Each purchase of 1-2 tickets requires the purchase of a minimum of one hotel package - which is one room with a four (4) night minimum. this morning the sub standard said the hotel linked tickets were sold out. There were 750 of those

if you click on the link it shows thery're sold out of everything. So by the time you got the email (like me) they were sold out.
