I'm in a show hole, need suggestions

Seven Dials (Agatha Christie story, on Netflix) is okay so far, after two of the three total episodes. Nice-looking shoe—environments and such. Not a burner, but it's okay.

I now need to google just how many books that woman wrote...
[66! and 14 shorts! That's prolific.]

So many options in here but if you had to give me a couple show options to watch via HBO, Disney, Netflix, Peacock, which would you choose?

If it helps, a few of my favorite shows ever are Breaking Bad, GoT, the office, Seinfeld, Friday night lights.

HBO - The Last of Us, Chernobyl, Succession
Disney - Andor, Daredevil, Jessica Jones
Netflix - Lincoln Lawyer, Peaky Blinders, Ozark, Queens Gambit

I’ve watched peaky blinders and ozark. I started Chernobyl awhile ago but only watched an episode.

I tried to give suggestions that were not previously discussed in detail. I also could not determine whether you are a sci-fi person based upon your list.

No, appreciate the list. Others I haven’t seen. I like sci fi. Probably more into fantasy stuff though which I do consider different. Fairly wide range of tastes I guess though across genres.

I've watched the first two episodes and really enjoyed it. Hawke is having a lot of fun in his role and the scenery and characters are gritty, dusty and relatable in a small town sort of way where everyone in the town is no more than a couple degrees removed from each other. I'm digging Keith David and Killer Mike in their supporting roles. There are some Fargo vibes for sure.
Finally finished the Lowdown. Best way I'd describe it is "Western Noir Comedy." Really enjoyed the casting - In addition to those I mentioned above, Peter Dinklage pops up, there's Tim Blake Nelson and others. The story definitely invokes the Coen brothers and it's very easy to get into.

Currently watching HOTD, hoping for a good season 3. Heard great things about Task too. Not a big Star Wars fan but my diehard friends really like Andor.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Loved episode 1 of “a Knight of the Seven Kingdoms”. Going to be good.
I am not loving this so far, though it did just get quite interesting.

Still, it just feels very small and jokey/cartoonish, and the smallness gives me too much of renaissance fair vibe. Egg is cool. Don’t care for Duncan.

Looking forward to what springs forth from the cliffhanger, though.

It’s supposed to be. It’s a short story based on the novella. The scope is substantially less than GoT and HotD and it takes place during a relatively peaceful time in that world.

I’m really liking the Egg and Dunk relationship. I think the casting has been great.

I think what i'm thinking/trying to express is that the scope and scale of GoT and even HotD were significant in my 'love' of them. This smaller scale and the sorta 'half serious' + 'half light' tone isn't working for me. Kinda also hate the way they keep inserting some disagreeable scenes/cuts.

I also don't love the casting of Dunk. Everyone else has been great, though. Oh, well. I'm still into it. It just doesn't seem like the kind of thing i am going to be that into.

Finished Pluribus. Seehorn is perfect for it, and I dug the basic premise and philosophical questions it raised. I also enjoyed the cinematic set pieces that reminded me of Breaking Bad and BCS. It is pretty sad and lonely though, and even after the finale there are lots of unanswered questions about what the "hive people" can and can't do, know, feel, etc. Great show overall, though, and I'll be in for Season 2 whenever it comes.
