not sure the d played all the poorly. we gave up 3-4 big plays and stuffed almost every other one.

How is this any indication that we are going back to that? We beat a team with a winning record that played two top ten teams tougher than we did. We're bowl eligible for a second year in a row for the first time in a long time. We're trending up no matter how the game is won. The offense has been ugly all year, so the way we won this one is nothing but a pleasant surprise.

you have to be stuffting me. are you serious? that was the very last thought that passed through my mind after we won. in fact it's 3 hours later and i still haven't even come close to coming down from my high. we don't want you as a Syracuse fan. get lost

First, they did win so your "point" is moot.

Second, I'd hardly call that defensive stop and subsequent TD drive to end the game "lucky."

Third, you're not very popular around here right now.

Did we get rid of this joker? If he has only been watching SU for 8 years and we have been so horrible this whole time, then my question is why is he watching us??? Why not pick a "winning" team. And please make sure I never run into you at a game or you might end up with a nose that looks like CTO's nose is looking like right now.

I'm late to this bash, but are you serious? Get real buddy, we're going bowling. If you went to the game, our O dominated all day. A few offensive mishaps kept the game in reach for BC.

We won on the field. And got the W.

It must really be tough going through life with such a miserable outlook on things.
 
Sports outside of professional sports, is not about perfection. It's about adversity, both success and failure. It's about making bad plays, and then making good ones, and overcoming the bad ones. It's about guys (and girls) performing together, and picking one another up when they make a bad play. It's about perseverance. If you want to say that SU failed yesterday because certain plays (or players) don't match up to your expected level of performance, I say you don't understand sports. Doesn't make you a bad person. You just don't get it, and because of that you miss out on what is really great about being a fan.

I'm sure there are Auburn fans who are not happy about how they lucked into the victory over Alabama and really didn't dominate the game.
