I have no problem with it, as there's nothing wrong with more football in my book.

However, I do think it's silly that a 6-6 team gets "rewarded" with a bowl. I mean, that's the definition of average.

Bowl season sure is a fun time though, especially since it's around the time of Christmas.

That doesn't make it right. I'd like all professional sports to go to a 4 divisional set-up to ensure that the divisional winners are good teams. You shouldn't back into the playoffs.
