Blarney Rock, Social Bar and Lounge, East End Bar and Grill, Village Pourhouse (3 AV one), The Hill.
I've only been to the first two. Blarney Rock is right near MSG, usually packed with SU fans, a bit of a dive bar unless it's changed. I haven't been there in years. Social Bar and Lounge is the home of the Big Apple Alumni, is pleasant with drink and food specials during the game I believe. It maybe skews younger than the Blarney Rock.
Probably best to go to whichever is closest to you in the nasty weather.
