Increase Topics per Page

Is there a way to potentially increase the number of topics displayed per page? Seems like 20 is a little to small, especially when there are a bunch of tacked threads at the top. Some older discussions get bumped to page 2 and then lost.

I just increased it to 25. Want to keep it there until we get all the functionality up and running to make sure nothing is buggy. We might up it more later.
