So the ESPN recap says that Syracuse has been a #1 seed in the Big East Tournament 7 times and only made the final once.

By my math, there have been 29 BET Final games, of which Syracuse played in 14 of them.

That means that when we are NOT the number one seed, we get to the final game an astounding 59% of the time (13 for 22). That is insane!

This is the 10th time we have won or tied for the Big East regular season title. Those teams are 0 for 10 in winning the tournament.

Ah ok, I was counting only MSG finals. But still thats crazy they're 13 - 26 as a "field" seed.
