Strange similarity from the 2019 to the 2020 list in terms of where players are ranked. Birstwistle really looks like a good player, it does not look like he was ranked last year.  Drago drops from 84 to 99 and Erlbeck drops from 81 to off the list.  Kol was not on last year's list. Still, two years of having only three Top 100 players is tough, lots of pressure on the coaches to bring in top end talent for 2021.  I think Maher and Hay are the two biggest losses from the "Group of five" (including Zawada and Blake) as lefty attackman will be a massive hole in next year's lineup. As stated previously by others, Seebold and Swenson are the only two slated to be on the team next year.

It would be nice for IL to explain their reasoning behind why guys fall or rise on these lists, but instead you're left with no explanation other than a number next to someones name.  Even in general terms it would be nice to hear something along the lines of, "Player x dropped because we realized he can't go left", or "Player Z rose in the rankings because he grew 4 inches and uses his size a lot better than a year ago".  But again, no accountability and IL looks like they are throwing darts at a dart board.
