So for USF grabbing jerseys to play defense is an intentional foul...good thing this isn't a rule for Pitt or they would have thirty intentionals each game.
 
It is pretty much the definition of intentional. If you grab a guys jersey and pull it is tough to argue otherwise.

25+% of fouls are intentional...

I will say I think they need to get stricter on fast break intentional unintentional intentional fouls. those need to be called more often.

and USF gets a technical - this time pretty legit. such a dumb move by that idiot and OHIO goes on a 5-0 run to tie it up. MORON.
 
There is no such thing as an intentional foul. It is no longer in the rule books. There are standard fouls and Flagrant One and Flagrant Two fouls. Flagrant One and Flagrant Two both involve excessive contact. I don't think grabbing the shirt...especially where it doesn't put the other player at risk of injury is anything more than a standard foul...despite what the announcers said.
