Looks like we are 9th in the ACC and 54th nationally (703K). I was a bit surprised at the spread between FSU (7th) 3.58 million and Clemson (22nd) 1.70 million.
  1. FSU 3.58 million
  2. ND 3,46 million
  3. Clemson 1,70 million
  4. Louisville 1.36 million
  5. Miami 1.33 million
  6. Duke 1.32 million
  7. North Carolina 966K
  8. Georgia Tech 766K
  9. Syracuse 703K
  10. Pittsburg 690K
  11. Virginia 663K
  12. NC State 661K
  13. Boston College 617K
  14. Stanford 549K
  15. Wake Forest 464K
  16. California 450K
  17. Virginia Tech 398K
  18. SMU 201K
Take a look at Kentucky, South Carolina, Illinois, Mississippi State, NC State, Houston, Northwestern, Baylor, Boise State, Memphis, Vanderbilt and Temple.

Viewership depends on the opponent, the time slot, the channel, and games on at the same time. And, when a game is not rated, they don't include it in the viewer calculations. So, if Syracuse is playing Stanford on a Friday night at 7 PM on ESPN, the game should get a decent rating although the game will be up against Illinois/Nebraska on FOX at 8 PM. If Syracuse is playing Wake Forest on ESPNU on a Saturday at noon, the ratings will be bad. The networks adjust for the noise so they know which schools actually deliver the ratings.

These numbers are averages for the entire 2023 regular season,

Duke gets their spot from that Labor Day game. We’ll do well next year opening with Tenessee.
