He loses his two best players next year in Girard and Jesse. He promised to coach this year’s freshmen. I think this will be his last year.

Girard is highly replaceable if Mintz/Copeland are legit.

Jesse will be tougher, because we largely struggle to get centers here that can play.

If this years freshman class is good - I think the 2024 team will project to be better than this year’s….as we’d potentially be strong at every position except for center….which is right in SU bball’s wheelhouse.
