Football officiating at both the college and pro level sucks. The rule book is bloated, there are way too many judgement calls that demand to be made, and refs blow multiple calls every game that have a direct impact on the outcome.

I'll admit to very distracted viewing but Shafer was NOT passive. He wasn't going nuts and throwing things but he was working the officials

He was livid at a couple of calls there were two holding and two blatant PI not called.

i was screaming at the TV , There were obvious holding calls on a few big FSU pass plays. It was if the FSU was given free reign on the Oline. I realize I am biased and have to take this with a big grain of salt.
