Since it is a big interior span they may build perimeter foundations and the building shell before working on the interior slab very common in similar warehouse type construction. Give them a chance guys if there's one thing ive learned working in this industry its that delays are waiting around every corner (permitting, politics, contract, DEC, site, labor dispute, weather, design change, leadership change ie new chancellor etc.) regardless of intent or commitment to the project its just the nature of construction.
