The launch of fox one and ESPN sports app today and the news they are going to offer a reduced and combined app in the future is a sports dream. No more having to watch garbage . The cost is better than I thought and with the future combined app its going to be better.

finally the best day since Al Bundy scored 4 touchdowns in a single game at Polk High

Tell us about the content. What can you get now that you couldn't get before. And what's the cost?

all the fox channels including live football MLB etc. and big ten network for 19.99 a month less if you buy by the year , just do a search for fox sports one , you can find more info just doing a search for it
just released today on Roku, They asked me to verify my zip code so I assume you get the local Yankees and Giants and such, The guide shows Yankee games on it . I confirmed i have live fox 68 on it as well.

you get a 7 day free trial on the fox one as well

www.FOXOne.com.

then a channel called all of ESPN also just released today and on Roku which is exactly what it says all espn networks and affiliates like ESPN on ABC etc. you can find out more info from Disney plus. I'm still trying to find out more as I haven't signed up for this yet.

Update I have subscribed its 29.99 a month and has everything and I mean everything ESpn does all of its channels which yes includes acc and sec.

Down the road they may combine both apps into one for 39.99 a month for both

Here's an article and the impact people cutting the cord has had on ESPN dwindling viewership.

so does this mean current deals with your provider (in my case Verizon) for Disney + that include HULU and ESPN are dead?

I think if you have bundles you are good , this is made for people who just want ESPN sports and nothing else. This is far and above ESPN Plus not like the ESPN in Bundles

I do believe Hulu is going away as a standalone maybe next year

If you think you are going to end up getting more for less, I can assure you that will not be the ultimate fate even if the entry point teaser makes it seem that way
