I mean I have seen really dominant QB’s over the years in college, duel threat types and more NFL types and he doesn’t really move the meter that much for me. He’s good but not sure how great he will be

Meanwhile Jalen Hurts just continues to dominate

I know why you’re questioning this, but watch the Bama game last year. Yes he’s good. Very good.

Yeah I just don’t know, he was great end of last year but as far as this year rather pedestrian. Don’t get me wrong I knows he’s going #1 in 2021 draft , I just don’t think he’s that mezmorizing in college

Might be reading too much of his press. I think he takes a lot of chances and is bailed out by talent around him. Not that it matters as much at the next level but his personal run game has improved this season. I am sure it must be difficult to remain focused with a target in your back at every game and also being surrounded by a campus community that sucks up to him.

He looked like a young Peyton Manning last year.
This year he looks like Jameis Winston after he won the Heisman.

Still only a sophomore(as is our guy). I think all the tools are there.

Agree but can't argue he hasn't been as impressive this year. Maybe a bit of the sophomore slump. Be interesting to watch the rest of his time at Clemson.

Make no mistake, Lawrence will be the top overall NFL pick when he comes out. He IS THAT good.

Yeah I think Lawrence will be a Top 5 QB in the NFL eventually. I mean the kid isn't even 20 years old yet. The velocity that he is able to put on throws is big-time, he has great footwork, and he's pretty athletic.

They do look somewhat out of sync and they are also getting everybody’s best shot week after week. Repeating isn’t easy.

He is good and may be the top overall pick in the NFL. With that said, he will have a steeper learning curve in the NFL than other prodigies. He is a tad slower with his decision making. Again unbelievable arm talent and smart kid. But I think he is a step slow at times between making his reads vs letting it rip.

when the game comes to him he has NFL talent.. when the game comes at him he struggles like many other QBs. Even our game he got bailed out more than he made good plays
