Is the NCAA going to make decisions on Louisville and North Carolina in the next 2 years?

I ask because the second the NCAA hands down those penalties and they aren't tougher than the penalty we got I file a lawsuit ala Penn State in federal court against the NCAA.

I would rather just get the sanctions reduced earlier like Ped State got.

other than the schollie reduction, which we prob wouldn't fill anyway, everything else is pretty much past tense.
