i just saw online that it is currently cuse -4.5.....a 2.5 point swing seems kind of large for basically a top-10 match up

I usually check Pomeroy because he usually gets the lines pretty close; has us -7, that's why I said 7 or 8. Gtown is hot right now, I'd lay 4 with us though.

The 4.5 takes into account home court advantage. I think we'd be about a 1.5 pt favorite on a neutral court.

Yeah, I can see that. I'm laying the points anywhere up to 6 or so.

Possession based ratings have it around 7.5. Opening lines don't tend to veer to much from that. In this case I can see the line starting at 6.5 because of Georgetown's recent streak.. and I predict it will be pushed down to 5.5 by game time.

If you are going to bet on Syracuse. I would wait until tomorrow.
