I believe they're going to Israel this summer. Pretty sure all they have to do is pay him out of the country. So the opportunity is there for the taking.

The issue right now is -
How to get Jesse legally paid NIL $, so we’ve got a chance at getting him back for his final year.

We’ll worry about future NIL issues with foreign-born players when we come to them.

And who knows? In another year or 2, maybe the rules change again, and it isn’t an issue anymore.

Of course the issue is right now, but it's very shortsighted not to look towards the future. Look at all the foreign born players who are stars in the NBA and never played college ball. If Cuse can figure it out, maybe we can be the conduit in the foreign pipeline.

Possibly it is more complicated than this, but why isn't a trip to Canada "out of this country" if that is what we have to do to pay International players?
