IMO, our current offense works if you have very good players and are outperforming the other teams D.
The idea of a fast-paced offense only works if the play-calling is creative. We are still trying to line up in a power formation when our Oline cannot dominate the other teams Dline. Changes must be made in the way we approach football offensively. On defense, there is work needed as well; ie, tackling and assignment football.

I don't think anyone really knows how the marketing revenue from players is going to work out yet. The idea that it is a way for boosters to give bags of $$$ to recruits may turn out to be too simplistic.
Innovation will have a place, and if we follow, we have no advantages at all, but if the ADs office can find a way to lead...who knows.
