Not always about QB play - although QB is the most important spot.
McCord/Nixon has a better set of receivers than Shrader had last year - consider how important Gadsden and Pena were on Saturday. Also a better set of OTs.

Lots of factors to monitor as the season plays out. Nixon's play calling against ACC defenses; defense against the run; keeping McCord healthy.
