Seriously only a complete tool like Greg Schiano would describe the players he's looking for as "Schiano Men."

The funniest part of the NFL.com column was the Belichick a** licking and the stuff about how Rutgers treated NFL scouts. What a complete joke of a program he ran.

Schiano is the gift that keeps on giving. Love watching that piece of s*** fail in such an epic manner. And every mention of Rutgers in this mess makes my heart just a little bit happier.

I love how he has tried to turn Tampa into Rutgers south - giving guys like Underwood, Wright, Leonard, etc ample run. While solid college players, they are NFL back ups at the very best. Christ, he's playing a 225 pound Wright at tight end. It's borderline ridiculous.

at this point you might as well complete the tank job and keep Schiano to get at worst the #2 pick in a good draft. Can his ass on black Monday. With a high draft pick and some decent talent on the roster this isn't a bad job to try and sell a new coach on.
