We had a kid back in High School baseball that would just CRUSH the ball in pratice over and over so much so the coach limited his bp as to many balls ended up on the building behind left field.
Game time dude might have hit .100 with multiple strike outs per game.
Almost everyone can look like a 5 star in pratice but when the lights come on things don't always click.
The speed can be to much, you're brain might overthink things, etc.
Whole psychology behind it and how to translate your pratice to real game times but it seems like most of our QB room had this same issue.

Kid has been here two years never sniffing the playing field and is now transferring to a JC. Hmm, reading between the lines it appears academics weren’t a priority for Jakari during his time at SU.

If these kids aren't getting picked up by another school it makes sense for them to go JUCO. I'm seeing recommendations to the kids in the portal that don't have a landing spot to take that path.

And does the year even count for eligibility? He could be a 6 or 7 year guy.

He’s prob going down to JuCo to get the chance start, prove himself, get good film and return to a 4 year school the following year.
I’ll be rooting for him.

I remember being excited when he signed...hope he finds a good landing spot somewhere.

Many of us thought he'd make up for losing LaNorris Sellers to SC as they were very similar as recruits. Apparently not quite as players.

He has a very weak arm. I always watch the QBs in warmups and he would float any passes to the outside or bounce them in the dirt. Belin and Carney also looked weak from watching warm-ups FWIW.

This haul should be a massive improvement on arm talent alone.

Odom & Nelson have better arms. Don’t know if it’ll translate here but still an improvement nonetheless
